Loren Israel is well known for signing, developing, and nurturing the careers of some of today's most notable recording artists such as Jimmy Eat World, Plain White T’s, Neon Trees and many others. His career launched as a record executive with Capitol Records. In his successful career which has spanned nearly three decades, he continues to develop and sign artists that touch hearts and minds around the globe with multi-platinum success.

Israel began his music career as a teenager in a local LA band with childhood friend, Craig Aaronson. Although their group quickly disbanded, the two friends went on to both simultaneously become renowned music executives. Aaronson, became head of Sire Records (My Chemical Romance, The Used, Avenged Sevenfold, Taking Back Sunday and more), and Israel became A&R Executive at Capitol Records during one of Capital’s most creative periods, with a label roster of award-winning artists like Coldplay, Kylie Minogue, The Vines, Robbie Williams and others. As an entrepreneur, Israel has also founded and invested in several other successful music industry-related start-ups and ventures.
